วันที่ 24 พฤศจิกายน 2566 นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานการประชุมคณะกรรมการแก้ไขปัญหาของสมัชชาคนจน กรณีปัญหาแรงงาน ครั้งที่ 1/2566 โดยมี นายไพโรจน์ โชติกเสถียร ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน นางโสภา เกียรตินิรชา ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน รักษาราชการแทน อธิบดีกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน หารือร่วมกับกลุ่มสมัชชาคนจน นำโดยนายบุญยืน สุขใหม่ แกนนำกลุ่มสมัชชาคนจน เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาแรงงานให้ได้ข้อสรุปและเป็นแนวทางในการปฎิบัติ ณ ห้องประชุมประสงค์ รณะนันทน์ ชั้น 5 อาคารกระทรวงแรงงาน และในรูปแบบการประชุมทางไกลผ่านจอภาพ (Zoom Meeting) ร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องด้วย

     นายพิพัฒน์ กล่าวว่า ในวันนี้พี่น้องกลุ่มสมัชชาคนจนได้เข้ามาพบผมเพื่อหารือร่วมกันที่จะให้กระทรวงแรงงานช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาพี่น้องแรงงานของกลุ่มสมัชชาคนจนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระทรวงแรงงาน ซึ่งมีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 19 เรื่อง ตามมติคณะรัฐมนตรีเมื่อวันที่ 31 ตุลาคม 2566 เรื่อง แนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาของสมัชชาคนจนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระทรวงแรงงาน โดยแบ่งเป็น 3 กรณี ได้แก่ กรณีแก้ไขปัญหาเป็นกรณีเร่งด่วน ซึ่งเกี่ยวข้องกับกระทรวงแรงงาน 1 เรื่อง กรณีใช้กลไกแก้ไขปัญหาในรูปแบบคณะกรรมการ 11 เรื่อง และกรณีที่มีความจำเป็นต้องเสนอให้คณะรัฐมนตรีอีก 7 เรื่อง

     “จากการหารือกันกับพี่น้องกลุ่มสมัชชาคนจนในวันนี้ ถือเป็นที่น่าพอใจและได้ข้อสรุปครบถ้วนทุกประเด็นร่วมกัน ซึ่งจะเป็นกรอบแนวทางในการปฏิบัติงานที่ชัดเจนทั้งในส่วนของกระทรวงแรงงานเอง และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องด้วย รวมทั้งการติดตามผลการดำเนินการเพื่อให้ได้ข้อยุติ ซึ่งในเรื่องนี้ผมได้รับปากและยืนยันว่าอะไรที่เป็นความเดือดร้อนของพี่น้องแรงงานและเกี่ยวข้องกับกระทรวงแรงงาน เราพร้อมจะดำเนินการให้เร็วที่สุด ส่วนเรื่องใดที่เกี่ยวกับกระทรวงอื่นๆ ผมยินดีที่จะประสานพูดคุยให้ เพื่อเร่งรัดคลี่คลายปัญหาของพี่น้องแรงงานทุกกลุ่มให้ได้รับการแก้ไขโดยเร็วที่สุดในทุกมิติต่อไป” นายพิพัฒน์ กล่าวท้ายสุด

     ด้าน นายบุญยืน สุขใหม่ แกนนำกลุ่มสมัชชาคนจน กล่าวว่า ในนามตัวแทนกลุ่มสมัชชาคนจนต้องขอขอบคุณท่านรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน ท่านพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ และคณะ ที่เปิดโอกาสให้ผมพร้อมด้วยพี่น้องกลุ่มสมัชชาคนจนได้เข้าพบ พร้อมรับข้อเสนอต่างๆ และรับปากที่จะเร่งรัดปัญหาของพี่น้องแรงงานให้มีความคืบหน้า ซึ่งก็สร้างความพอใจให้กับกลุ่มสมัชชาคนจนอย่างพวกเราเป็นอย่างมาก

     On November 24, 2023, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, chaired the meeting of the Problem Solving Committee of the Assembly of the Poor on labour problems No. 1/2023. The Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Phairoj Chotikasatian, and the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General and Acting Director-General of the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare, Mrs. Sopa Kieatnircha, had a discussion with the Assembly of the Poor, led by the group’s leader, Mr. Bunyuen Sukmai. The goal of the discussion was to conclude solutions to labour issues and provide a guideline for practice. The occasion took place at the Prasong Rananant conference room, 5th floor, Ministry of Labour, and via video conference call (Zoom Meeting) with relevant agencies.

     Mr. Phiphat said that today, the Assembly of the Poor met with him to discuss the Ministry of Labour’s support in solving the group’s issues that are related to the Ministry of Labour. There are 19 matters, according to the Cabinet’s resolution on October 31, 2023, regarding guidelines for solving issues of the Assembly of the Poor related to the Ministry of Labour. The issues are divided into three cases, namely solving problems as an urgent case, where there is one matter related to the Ministry of Labour. The case of using a problem-solving mechanism in the form of a committee for 11 matters, and where it was necessary to submit to the Cabinet, where there are another seven matters.

     “Today’s discussions with the Assembly of the Poor were satisfactory, and conclusions were reached together on all points. The outcomes will provide a clear operational framework for the Ministry of Labour and its related agencies. The discussion also followed up on the results of operations to resolve. In this matter, I have promised and confirmed that we are ready to proceed as quickly as possible for the workforce’s issues related to the Ministry of Labour. As for any matters related to other ministries, I am happy to coordinate the discussion to expedite solutions to problems of all worker groups to be resolved as quickly as possible in all dimensions,” concluded Mr. Phiphat.

     The Leader of the Assembly of the Poor, Mr. Bunyuen Sukma, said that as the Assembly of the Poor’s representative, he thanked the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, and delegation, for providing the opportunity to meet with members of the Assembly of the Poor, for taking various suggestions and for committing to address issues faced by the workforce toward progress. The outcome of the meeting was very satisfactory to the Assembly of the Poor.
