วันที่ 15 มกราคม 2567 นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานการตรวจเยี่ยมศูนย์ฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพคนงานภาค 1 ปทุมธานี เพื่อรับทราบถึงภารกิจผลการดำเนินงานและเยี่ยมให้กำลังใจผู้ประกันตนที่ทุพพลภาพ โดยมี นายสิรภพ ดวงสอดศรี ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงแรงงาน นายอารี ไกรนรา เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน นายบุญสงค์ ทัพชัยยุทธ์ เลขาธิการสำนักงานประกันสังคม นายนันทชัย ปัญญาสุรฤทธิ์ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารระดับสูงกระทรวงแรงงาน เข้าร่วม นางสาวสรันยา สุวรรณวัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพคนงานภาค 1 จังหวัดปทุมธานี หัวหน้าส่วนราชการสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานจังหวัดปทุมธานี และผู้เข้ารับการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพฯ ให้การต้อนรับ ศูนย์ฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพคนงานภาค 1 ตำบลบางพูน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดประทุมธานี

  นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน กล่าวว่า กระทรวงแรงงาน โดยสำนักงานประกันสังคม มีความห่วงใย ลูกจ้าง ผู้ประกันตน ที่ประสบอันตรายจะเป็นเหตุให้เกิดการสูญเสีย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นทางร่างกายหรือจิตใจ จึงได้จัดตั้งศูนย์ฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพคนงานทั้ง 5 แห่ง ทั่วประเทศขึ้น เพื่อให้บริการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพแก่ลูกจ้าง ที่ประสบอันตรายหรือเจ็บป่วยเนื่องจากการทำงานตามพระราชบัญญัติเงินทดแทน พ.ศ.2537 และผู้ประกันตนตามพระราชบัญญัติประกันสังคม พ.ศ.2533 โดยหากมีการประสบอันตราย เจ็บป่วย หรือสูญเสียอวัยวะ สามารถที่จะเข้ารับการฟื้นฟูฯ ได้เต็มตามสิทธิที่กฎหมายกำหนดไว้โดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย เพื่อให้ลูกจ้าง ผู้ประกันตนกลุ่มนี้ กลับมาใช้ชีวิตได้อย่างปกติ สามารถประกอบอาชีพ รวมถึงสามารถดำรงชีวิตได้ด้วยตนเองไม่เป็นภาระแก่ครอบครัวและสังคม โดยศูนย์ฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพคนงานภาคสามารถให้บริการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพได้แบบครบวงจร ทั้งในด้านอาชีพ ด้านจิตใจและสังคม นอกจากนี้ กระทรวงแรงงาน โดยสำนักงานประกันสังคม ได้ดำเนินการดูแลผู้ประกันตนในทุกๆ ด้าน เพื่อให้ได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์ทั้ง 7 กรณี แม้ลูกจ้าง/ผู้ประกันตนประสบอันตราย หรือมีความไม่ปลอดภัยเกิดขึ้น โดยยึดถือแนวคิดที่ว่า จะต้องไม่ทิ้งใครไว้ข้างหลัง ในโอกาสนี้ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน ยังได้กล่าวชื่นชมการดำเนินงานของศูนย์ฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพคนงานภาค 1 จังหวัดปทุมธานี ที่ดูแลเอาใจใส่ผู้เข้ารับการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพ และขอเป็นกำลังใจแก่เจ้าหน้าที่และผู้เข้ารับการฟื้นฟูทุกคน ให้มีความมุ่งมั่นตั้งใจที่จะพัฒนาตนเองในการเรียนรู้ เพื่อเอาชนะปัญหาอุปสรรคต่างๆ และพัฒนาตนเองให้มีศักยภาพในการทำงานไม่แพ้คนปกติทั่วไป

  ด้าน นายบุญสงค์ ทัพชัยยุทธ์ เลขาธิการสำนักงานประกันสังคม กระทรวงแรงงาน กล่าวเสริมว่า ศูนย์ฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพคนงาน เป็นศูนย์ที่มีความพร้อม และศักยภาพทั้งในด้านบุคลากร และเครื่องมือในด้านการบำบัดฟื้นฟูทางการแพทย์ ผู้เข้ารับการฟื้นฟูจะได้รับการดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิด และต่อเนื่อง ตั้งแต่การฝึกให้ทำกิจวัตรประจำวันด้วยตัวเอง การบริหารร่างกายเพื่อสร้างกล้ามเนื้อให้แข็งแรง การใช้กีฬาบำบัด ดนตรีบำบัด อีกทั้ง ยังมีนักสังคมสงเคราะห์คอยให้คำปรึกษา รวมทั้งเรียนรู้และฝึกอาชีพในสาขาต่างๆ เช่น การซ่อมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือเครื่องไฟฟ้า งานฝีมือประเภทต่างๆ เป็นต้น พร้อมกันนี้ศูนย์ฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพคนงานได้มีการประสานห้างร้าน ผู้ประกอบการต่างๆ ในพื้นที่ เพื่อรับผู้ใช้แรงงานที่ได้รับการฟื้นฟูเหล่านี้กลับเข้าทำงาน เพื่อเป็นกำลังในการพัฒนาประเทศต่อไป สอบถามรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมได้ที่สำนักงานประกันสังคมกรุงเทพมหานครพื้นที่ สาขา/จังหวัด/ทั่วประเทศ หรือที่สายด่วน 1506 ให้บริการไม่เว้นวันหยุดราชการตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง              

  On January 15, 2024, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, chaired a visit to the Worker Rehabilitation Center Region 1 in Pathum Thani to acknowledge the mission and work results. They also paid a visit to encourage insured persons with disabilities. The Assistant to the Labour Minister, Mr. Siraphop Duangsodsri, Secretariat to the Labour Minister, Mr. Aree Krainara, the Social Security Office’s Secretary-General, Mr. Boonsong Thapchaiyut, the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General, Mr. Nantachai Panyasurarit, and the Ministry of Labour’s executives joined. Director of the Worker Rehabilitation Center Region 1, Pathum Thani, Ms. Saranya Suwannawat, heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Pathum Thani, and those receiving rehabilitation gave a welcome at the Worker Rehabilitation Center Region 1, Bang Phun Subdistrict, Mueang District, Pathum Thani Province.

  The Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, said that the Ministry of Labour’s Social Security Office cares about employees and insured persons who experience dangers that cause losses, whether they be physical or mental. Therefore, five Worker Rehabilitation Centers were established throughout the country to provide rehabilitation services to employees who experience danger or illness from work, following the Workers’ Compensation Act, B.E. 2537. For those who are insured under the Social Security Act, B.E. 2533, if they experience danger, illness, or loss of organs, they are able to undergo rehabilitation and get full rights as specified by law, without charge. This is to support such employees in returning to living life normally, being able to pursue a career, and being able to live on their own without being a burden to family and society. The Regional Worker Rehabilitation Center provides comprehensive rehabilitation services, which include professional, psychological, and social aspects. In addition, the Ministry of Labour’s Social Security Office has taken care of insured persons in all aspects so that they receive benefits. Coverage includes all seven cases, even if the employee/insured is in danger, or there is insecurity occurring; the efforts adhere to the concept that no one must be left behind. On this occasion, the Labour Minister praised the work of the Worker Rehabilitation Center Region 1, Pathum Thani Province, for taking care of those undergoing rehabilitation. He encouraged all staff and people undergoing rehabilitation to have the determination to learn to overcome various obstacles and develop themselves to have the potential to work as well as normal people.

  The Social Security Office’s Secretary-General, Mr. Boonsong Thapchaiyut, added that the Worker Rehabilitation Center is a center that is ready and has the potential in terms of personnel and tools in medical rehabilitation. Those undergoing rehabilitation will receive close and continuous care, starting with training to do daily activities on their own, physical exercises to build strong muscles using sports and music therapy, and also having social workers available to give advice. The center provides learning and practices in various occupational fields, such as computer repair, electrical appliances, and various types of handicrafts. At the same time, the Worker Rehabilitation Center has coordinated with various stores and businesses in the area to get rehabilitated workers back to work and be a force for the country’s further development.
