วันที่ 17 มกราคม 2567 นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน ให้การต้อนรับ ดร.สมบูรณ์ ตรีพรเจริญ ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดชลบุรี และคณะ ในโอกาสเข้าพบเพื่อเยี่ยมคารวะพร้อมทั้งรับทราบนโยบาย แผนงานขับเคลื่อนด้านแรงงานของกระทรวงแรงงาน โดยมี นายอารี ไกรนรา เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน นายเดชา พฤกษ์พัฒนรักษ์ รองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารระดับสูงกระทรวงแรงงาน เข้าร่วม ณ ห้องจัตุมงคล ชั้น 6 อาคารกระทรวงแรงงาน
นายพิพัฒน์ กล่าวว่า ผมพร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารกระทรวงแรงงานมีความยินดีที่ได้มีโอกาสต้อนรับประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดชลบุรี และคณะ ในวันนี้ ซึ่งต้องขอขอบคุณที่ให้ความสำคัญและบูรณาการความร่วมมือกับกระทรวงแรงงานในการบริหารจัดการด้านแรงงานในพื้นที่จังหวัดชลบุรี ซึ่งภาคเอกชนก็เห็นด้วยกับนโยบายการปรับค่าแรงให้สอดคล้องตามวิชาชีพและมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงาน ซึ่งในเรื่องนี้กระทรวงแรงงานมีแนวทางที่จะทำงานร่วมกันกับ 4 กระทรวงอยู่แล้ว ทั้งมหาดไทย ศึกษาธิการ อว. และแรงงาน ในการยกระดับทักษะฝีมือแรงงาน เพื่อให้น้องๆ นักเรียน นักศึกษาที่ได้มีใบรับรองความรู้ความสามารถตามที่สถานประกอบการต้องการเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน Up Skill แรงงาน และเติมบุคลากรภาคแรงงานที่มีฝีมือ มีคุณภาพ ให้ได้ค่าแรงที่สูงขึ้น นอกจากนี้ ยังได้หารือถึงการยกระดับสิทธิประโยชน์ของผู้ประกันตนในระบบประกันสังคม การบริหารความปลอดภัยและอาชีวอนามัยและสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน รวมทั้งการสนับสนุนองค์กรในการพัฒนาบุคลากรในหน่วยงานทรัพยากรบุคคลให้เป็นหน่วยงาน เช่นเดียวกับชมรมความปลอดภัยจังหวัด เจ้าหน้าที่ จป.วิชาชีพ เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบุคคลเนื่องจากบุคลากรเหล่านี้ที่ปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยงานเป็นหน่วยงานสำคัญที่จะทำให้การขับเคลื่อนนโยบายด้านการทำงานดีและมีคุณค่า (Decent Work) เพื่อลดปัญหาการเอารัดเอาเปรียบด้านแรงงานและทำให้แรงงานมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น
ด้าน ดร.สมบูรณ์ ตรีพรเจริญ ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดชลบุรี กล่าวว่า ขอขอบคุณท่านรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงานที่เปิดโอกาสให้เข้าพบและรับทราบนโยบาย แผนงานขับเคลื่อนด้านแรงงานของกระทรวงแรงงานในวันนี้ เพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการปรับแผนในการดำเนินงานให้สอดรับและหารือประเด็นการบริหารจัดการด้านแรงงานในบริบทของพื้นที่จังหวัดชลบุรีที่มีความสำคัญต่อเศรษฐกิจและการจ้างงานที่มีคุณค่า ซึ่งจากการหารือในวันนี้สถานประกอบการภาคเอกชนในพื้นที่ชลบุรีเรายินดีที่จะบูรณาการความร่วมมือและประสานการทำงานระหว่างภาครัฐและเอกชนกับกระทรวงแรงงานอย่างใกล้ชิดในประเด็นต่างๆที่ร่วมหารือกันในวันนี้ เพื่อยกระดับฝีมือ รายได้ และคุณภาพชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ของแรงงานให้ดียิ่งขึ้นต่อไป
On January 17, 2024, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, welcomed the Chairman of the Chonburi Industrial Council, Dr. Somboon Triporncharoen, and the delegation, on a courtesy call and to acknowledge the Ministry of Labour’s policies and plans to drive labour issues. The Secretariat to the Labour Minister, Mr. Aree Krainara, the Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Decha Pruekphathanarak, and the Ministry of Labour’s executives joined the occasion at the Chatumongkol Room, 6th floor, Ministry of Labour.
Mr. Phiphat said that he and the Ministry of Labour’s executives were honoured to welcome the Chairman of the Chonburi Industrial Council and delegation. He thanked them for giving importance and cooperating with the Ministry of Labour in labour management in Chonburi Province. The private sector agrees with the policy of adjusting wages to be consistent with occupations and skill standards. In this matter, the Ministry of Labour has guidelines for the four ministries to work together, including the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation, and the Ministry of Labour, in upgrading labour skills. Efforts aim to support students who have certificates of knowledge and abilities as required by establishments, to increase their competitiveness, to upskill the workforce, and to enhance skilled and quality personnel to earn higher wages. In addition, they also discussed improving the benefits of insured persons in the social security system, occupational safety and health management and working environment, and supporting organizations in developing personnel in the human resources department to become a unit that is the same as provincial safety associations, professional safety officers, and personnel officers. Such as personnel working in the agency are important units that will drive the policy of decent work to reduce issues of labour exploitation, and give workers a better quality of life.
The Chairman of the Chonburi Industrial Council, Dr. Somboon Triporncharoen, thanked the Labour Minister for the opportunity to meet today and learn about the Ministry of Labour’s policies. The knowledge will be useful in adjusting the operational plan to accommodate and discuss labour management issues in the context of Chonburi Province, which is important to the economy and valuable for employment. From today’s discussion, private sector establishments in the Chonburi area are pleased to work and coordinate between the public and private sectors with the Ministry of Labour on various issues to further improve skills, income, and quality of life for the workforce.
