วันที่ 19 มกราคม 2567 นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน เป็นประธานการประชุมรับฟังการบรรยายสรุปผลการดำเนินงานของสถาบันพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน 20 เชียงราย และตรวจเยี่ยมพบปะให้คำแนะนำ ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรการประกอบอาชีพให้แรงงานที่เดินทางกลับจากประเทศอิสราเอล ภายใต้โครงการพัฒนาทักษะเฉพาะของแรงงานอิสระยุค 4.0 และหลักสูตรขับเคลื่อนและส่งกำลังยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า โดยมี นางสาวบุปผา เรืองสุด อธิบดีกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน นายสมชาย มรกตศรีวรรณ อธิบดีกรมการจัดหางาน นายสมาสภ์ ปัทมะสุคนธ์ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงแรงงาน พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารระดับสูงกระทรวงแรงงาน เข้าร่วม หัวหน้าส่วนราชการหน่วยงานสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานจังหวัดเชียงราย และผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม ร่วมให้การต้อนรับ ณ สถาบันพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน 20 เชียงราย ตำบลริมกก อำเภอเมืองเชียงราย จังหวัดเชียงราย
นายพิพัฒน์ กล่าวว่า เชียงรายเป็นอีกจังหวัดหนึ่งที่ในแต่ละปีมีนักท่องเที่ยวทั้งชาวไทยและต่างชาติเป็นจำนวนมาก ทำให้ภาคธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยวภาคเหนือคึกคัก ในส่วนของกระทรวงแรงงานได้ให้ความสำคัญเร่งส่งเสริมการประกอบอาชีพให้แก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ เพื่อสนับสนุนให้เกิดการจ้างงาน ทำให้ประชาชนมีทักษะฝีมือ มีงานทำ มีอาชีพและรายได้ที่มั่นคง ในวันนี้ผมพร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารกระทรวงแรงงาน ลงพื้นที่ติดตามผลการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรการประกอบอาชีพให้แรงงานอิสระและแรงงานที่เดินทางกลับจากประเทศอิสราเอล อาทิ หลักสูตรการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องปรับอากาศในบ้านและการพาณิชย์ขนาดเล็ก เพื่อเป็นอาชีพเสริมจากภาคเกษตร สามารถทำงานเพื่มรายได้ที่อิสราเอลได้ และหลักสูตรการบำรุงรักษารถจักรยานยนต์เบื้องต้น เพื่อลดต้นทุนค่าใช้จ่ายของแรงงานในการบำรุงรักษา ซ่อมด้วยตนเอง เป็นต้น
นายพิพัฒน์ กล่าวต่อว่า ผมได้ให้นโยบายเร่งด่วนไปกับกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงานในหลักสูตรที่แรงงานต้องการฝึกอบรม 5 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ การเดินสายไฟฟ้าภายในอาคาร การติดตั้งโซล่าเซลล์ระบบ lOT เพื่อการเกษตรกรรม การซ่อมรถจักรยานยนต์ การซ่อมรถยนต์ และการเชื่อมโลหะตามลำดับ เพื่อให้แรงงานอิสระสามารถนำไปประกอบอาชีพ มีรายได้ทันที ส่วนผู้ว่างงานที่ต้องการ Up Skill ทักษะฝีมือของตัวเอง สามารถติดต่อสอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมได้ที่สถาบันพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน 20 เชียงราย หรือโทร.สายด่วนกระทรวงแรงงาน 1506 กด 4 กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
On January 19, 2024, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, chaired the meeting to listen to the performance of the Chiang Rai Skill Development Institute 20. He also paid a visit and encouraged participants in occupational training courses for workers returning from Israel under the project to develop specific skills of independent workers in the 4.0 era and the electric vehicle driving and transmission course. The Department of Skill Development’s Director-General, Ms. Bubpha Rueangsud, the Department of Employment’s Director-General, Mr. Somchai Morakotsriwan, the Ministry of Labour’s Inspector-General, Mr. Samat Pattamasukon and the Ministry of Labour’s executives joined the occasion. Heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Chiang Rai Province and trainees joined in giving a welcome at the Chiang Rai Skill Development Institute 20, Rim Kok Subdistrict, Mueang Chiang Rai District, Chiang Rai Province.
Mr. Phiphat said that Chiang Rai is another province that receives a large number of Thai and foreign tourists each year, making the northern tourism business sector lively. On the Ministry of Labour’s part, it is important to promote occupations for people in the area to support employment and equip people with skills, work, careers, and stable income. Today, he and the Ministry of Labour’s executives visited the area to follow up on occupational training courses for self-employed workers and workers returning from Israel, such as air conditioning maintenance courses for homes and small businesses, to be a supplementary career from the agricultural sector for workers working in Israel. There were also basic motorcycle maintenance courses to reduce labor costs for maintenance and encourage trainees to make reparations themselves.
Mr. Phiphat continued that he has given the Department of Skills Development an urgent policy to provide the top five courses that workers need to be trained in, namely electrical wiring in buildings, installation of IOT, solar cell systems for agriculture, motorcycle repair, car repair, and metal welding. The trainings enable independent workers to pursue careers and earn an income immediately.
