วันที่ 3 มกราคม 2567 เวลา 14.00 น. นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน ให้การต้อนรับ นายวิเชียร จิตใจฉ่ำ ประธานกรรมการกลุ่มโรงพยาบาลกรุงไทย และบริษัทในเครือ นายแพทย์สมเกียรติ ฉายะศรีวงศ์ ประธานกรรมการ บริษัท เอเชียนฟาร์มมาซูติคอล จำกัด อดีตปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน และคณะ ในโอกาสเข้าพบเพื่อเยี่ยมคารวะแสดงความยินดีต่อรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงานและแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลความคิดเห็นเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในความร่วมมือระหว่างกันในอนาคต โดยมี นายวรรณรัตน์ ศรีสุขใส รองปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน นายบุญสงค์ ทัพชัยยุทธ์ เลขาธิการสำนักงานประกันสังคม พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารระดับสูงกระทรวงแรงงาน เข้าร่วม ณ ห้องจัตุมงคล ชั้น 6 อาคารกระทรวงแรงงาน
จากการหารือในครั้งนี้ โรงพยาบาลกรุงไทย โรงพยาบาลกรุงไทย เวสเทิร์น และโรงพยาบาลกรุงไทย ปทุม ซึ่งเป็นโรงพยาบาลในเครือข่ายสำนักงานประกันสังคม ได้ขานรับนโยบายของรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงานที่ต้องการให้ประชาชนมีสิทธิได้รับหลักประกันทางสังคมที่ดีและครอบคลุมทั่วถึง ซึ่งโรงพยาบาลกรุงไทย และบริษัทในเครือ มีจำนวนผู้ประกันตนที่เลือกใช้สิทธิประกันสังคมกับโรงพยาบาล ทั้งหมด 120,710 คน มีจำนวนเตียงที่รองรับกว่า 250 เตียง ซึ่งโรงพยาบาลกรุงไทย ปทุม ได้เข้าร่วมโครงการประกันสังคมในปี 2567 นอกจากนี้ โรงพยาบาลดังกล่าวยังร่วมมือกับสำนักงานประกันสังคมในการจัดบริการพิเศษในช่วงการแพร่ระบาดของโควิด-19 ให้บริการพิเศษแก่ผู้ประกันตนกรณี MOU 5 โรค ในปี 2566 ให้บริการส่งเสริมสุขภาพและป้องกันโรค รวมทั้งจัดนิทรรศการส่งเสริมสุขภาพและป้องกันโรคกับสำนักงานประกันสังคมในโอกาสต่างๆ มาโดยตลอดอีกด้วย
On January 3, 2024, at 14.00 hours, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, welcomed the Chairman of the Krungthai Hospital Group and affiliated companies, Mr. Wichian Jijicham, the Chairman of the Board of Asian Farmers Co., Ltd and former Permanent Secretary of Labour, Dr. Somkiat Chayasriwong, and committee, on paying a courtesy call to congratulate the Labour Minister and to exchange information on guidance for cooperation in the future. The Deputy Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Wannarat Srisuksai, the Social Security Office’s Secretary-General, Mr. Boonsong Thapchaiyut, and the Ministry of Labour’s executives joined the occasion at the Chatumongkol Room, 6th floor, Ministry of Labour.
The discussion found that Krungthai Hospital, Krungthai Western Hospital, and Krungthai Pathum Hospital, which are hospitals in the Social Security Office’s network, have responded to the Labour Minister’s policy that aims for people to have the right to quality and comprehensive social security. Krungthai Hospital and affiliated companies have a total of 120,710 insured people who have elected to use their social security rights with the hospitals. There are over 250 hospital beds available. Krungthai Pathum Hospital joined the social security project in 2024. In addition, the hospitals collaborated with the Social Security Office in providing special services during the COVID-19 outbreak. They have provided special services to insured persons under the MOU for five diseases in 2023, provided health promotion and disease prevention services, and organized health promotion and disease prevention exhibitions with the Social Security Office on various occasions, too.
