วันที่ 26 มกราคม 2567 นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมายให้ นายอารี ไกรนรา เลขานุการรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน ลงพื้นที่เปิดงาน “สร้างงาน และเส้นทาง สู่อาชีพ @ลำปาง” โดยมีนายสมชาย มรกตศรีวรรณ อธิบดีกรมการจัดหางาน กล่าวรายงาน นางสาวนิติยา พงษ์พานิช รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดลำปาง พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหาร และหัวหน้าส่วนราชการสังกัดกระทรวงแรงงานจังหวัดลำปางให้การต้อนรับ ณ อาคารบุญชู ตรีทอง โรงเรียนบุญวาทย์วิทยาลัย จังหวัดลำปาง
การจัดงานในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มการจ้างงาน 1 ล้านอัตรา ภายในปี 2567 ยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตแรงงานภายใต้แนวคิด “ทักษะดี มีงานทำ หลักประกันทางสังคมเด่น เน้นการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจ” ผ่านโครงการ “สร้างงาน และเส้นทางสู่อาชีพ” ในทุกภาคทั่วประเทศไทยที่จังหวัดขอนแก่น ลำปาง พระนครศรีอยุธยา พัทลุง นครศรีธรรมราช บุรีรัมย์ สงขลา ตามลำดับ สำหรับจังหวัดลำปาง จัดขึ้นภายใต้ชื่องาน “มหกรรมอาชีพงานสร้างคน คนสร้างงาน จังหวัดลำปาง 2567” ภายในงานมีกิจกรรมที่น่าสนใจจำนวนมาก อาทิ การเสวนา หัวข้อ “เทรนด์อาชีพใหม่ อายุน้อย 100 ล้าน” และ “เปิดโลกกว้างสู่เรือสำราญระดับโลก” จากวิทยากรผู้มีความสามารถ การรับสมัครงานและสัมภาษณ์งานโดยตรงจากนายจ้าง สถานประกอบการ จำนวน 30 บริษัท ตำแหน่งงานว่างกว่า 3,500 อัตรา การสาธิตและฝึกปฏิบัติอาชีพอิสระ จำนวน 25 อาชีพ

On January 26, 2024, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, assigned the Labour Minister, Mr. Aree Krainara, to visit the area to commence the “Create Jobs and Career Paths @Lampang” event. The Department of Employment’s Director-General, Mr. Somchai Morakotsriwan, gave a report. The Deputy Governor of Lampang Province, Ms. Nitiya Phongpanich, executives, and heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Labour in Lampang Province gave a welcome at the Boonchu Trithong Building, Bunwat Wittayalai School, Lampang Province.
The objective of the event is to increase employment by 1 million positions in 2024, improving the quality of life of workers under the concept of “quality skills for employment and outstanding social security, focused on driving the economy” through the “Create Jobs and Career Paths” project in all regions throughout Thailand, including Khon Kaen, Lampang, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Phatthalung, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Buriram, and Songkhla Provinces. In Lampang, the event was held under the name of “Careers Creating People and People Creating Employment Fair in Lampang 2024.” The event hosted many interesting activities, such as a discussion on “New Career Trends for Young Millionaires” and “Open the World to World-Class Cruise Ships” from well-known speakers, recruitment activities, and job interviews directly from over 30 employers and companies, with over 3,500 job vacancies, and demonstrations of independent careers in 25 occupations.
He invited job seekers, students, and the general public interested in finding work, wanting to develop their skills, and finding ideas for additional careers to join the “Create Jobs and Career Paths @Lampang” event from January 26 to 27, 2024, from 9.00 to 16.00 hours. Participants can register to apply for jobs in advance for their convenience at the Department of Employment’s website, e-Service.doe.go.th “thaimeengantum” or choose to register on-site at the public relations point.
