วันที่ 5 มกราคม 2567 เวลา 10.00 น. นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน มอบหมายให้ นายสิรภพ ดวงสอดศรี ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงแรงงาน เข้าร่วมการประชุมสภานโยบายการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรมแห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 1/2567 โดยมี นายเศรษฐา ทวีสิน นายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลัง เป็นประธาน ณ ตึกภักดีบดินทร์ ทำเนียบรัฐบาล
สำหรับการประชุมครั้งนี้ ที่ประชุมได้พิจารณา แนวทางการนำการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (อววน.) หนุนนโยบายรัฐบาล ระยะ 3 ปี กรอบวงเงินงบประมาณด้านการอุดมศึกษา และด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรมของประเทศ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568 การแต่งตั้งประธานกรรมการอำนวยการสำนักงานสภานโยบายการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรมแห่งชาติ การแต่งตั้งประธานกรรมการ กรรมการผู้แทนหน่วยงาน กรรมการผู้แทนสถาบันอุดมศึกษา และกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม การแต่งตั้งประธานกรรมการพิจารณางบประมาณด้านการอุดมศึกษา และด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568 การแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการพิเศษเฉพาะเรื่องด้านการส่งเสริมนวัตกรรมการอุดมศึกษา กรณีครบวาระการดำรงตำแหน่ง หลักเกณฑ์การจัดซื้อจัดจ้างเพื่อการวิจัยและพัฒนา และเพื่อการให้บริการทางวิชาการของสถาบันอุดมศึกษา ที่ไม่สามารถดำเนินการตามพระราชบัญญัติการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและการบริหารพัสดุภาครัฐ พ.ศ.2560 และ (ร่าง) ระเบียบสภานโยบาย ว่าด้วยการประชุมสภานโยบายการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรมแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. …. รวมถึงแผนการดำเนินงานของสภานโยบายการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรมแห่งชาติ
On January 5, 2023, at 10.00 hours, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, assigned the Assistant to the Labour Minister, Mr. Siraphop Duangsodsri, to join the National Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation Policy Council Meeting No. 1/2024, chaired by Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Mr. Srettha Thavisin, at the Phakdeebodin Building, Government Houses.
The meeting considered guidelines for bringing Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation to support government policy for 3 years, including a budget framework for higher education and science, national research, and innovation for the 2025 fiscal year. It also considered the appointment of the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Office of the National Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation Policy Council, the appointment of a Chairman of the Board Agency, representative committee members of higher education institutions, and an expert member of the Science Promotion Committee for Research and Innovation. The meeting considered the appointment of the Chairman of the Higher Education Budget Consideration Committee and Science Research and Innovation for the 2025 fiscal year, the appointment of a special committee on the promotion of innovation in higher education for the completion of the term of office, criteria for procurement for research and development, and to provide academic services of higher education institutions that cannot be carried out in accordance with the Government Procurement and Supplies Management Act B.E. 2560 and (draft) policy council regulations concerning the meeting of the National Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation Policy Council, B.E….. including the operational plan of the National Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation Policy Council.
