วันที่ 22 พฤศจิกายน 2566 นายพิพัฒน์ รัชกิจประการ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน ลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมพร้อมให้กำลังใจผู้ประกันตนที่ทุพพลภาพในจังหวัดกระบี่ตามโครงการ “สปส. มอบสุข” โดยมี นายไพโรจน์ โชติกเสถียร ปลัดกระทรวงแรงงาน และนายบุญสงค์ ทัพชัยยุทธ์ เลขาธิการสำนักงานประกันสังคม พร้อมด้วย ผู้บริหารระดับสูงกระทรวงแรงงาน นักกายภาพบำบัด และเจ้าหน้าที่ ร่วมลงพื้นที่ด้วย     

      นายพิพัฒน์ กล่าวว่า โครงการ “สปส. มอบสุข”ถือเป็นหนึ่งในโครงที่ดีของสำนักงานประกันสังคม ที่คอยให้ความช่วยเหลือแก่ผู้ประกันตนที่ทุพพลภาพ โดยในวันนี้ ผมได้มีโอกาสเดินทางลงพื้นที่จังหวัดกระบี่ เพื่อตรวจเยี่ยมพูดคุยกับผู้ประกันตน อีกทั้งให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับสิทธิประโยชน์จากกองทุนประกันสังคม เพื่อดูแลฟื้นฟูสภาพร่างกายและจิตใจ ในการนี้ ได้นำสิ่งของเครื่องอุปโภคบริโภค ตลอดจนเครื่องใช้ที่จำเป็น มามอบให้กับผู้ประกันตนทุพพลภาพ ซึ่งอยู่ในความดูแลของสำนักงานประกันสังคมจังหวัดกระบี่ จำนวน 1 ราย คือ นายทรงพล หมั่นค้า อายุ 49 ปี เป็นผู้ประกันตนมาตรา 33 ทุพพลภาพจากแผลติดเชื้อที่นิ้วเท้าทั้งสองข้างจากภาวะโรคเบาหวาน แพทย์ให้การรักษาโดยการตัดขาทั้งสองข้าง สูญเสียสมรรถภาพในการทำงานของร่างกายร้อยละ 54 ได้รับสิทธิเป็นผู้ทุพพลภาพตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 พฤศจิกายน 2564 ได้รับเงินทดแทนการขาดรายได้เดือนละ 5,000 บาท ตลอดชีวิต

      นายพิพัฒน์ กล่าวว่า กระทรวงแรงงาน โดยสำนักงานประกันสังคม พร้อมดูแลผู้ประกันตนทุกคนให้มีหลักประกันความมั่นคงและคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี เพราะ     ผู้ประกันตนทุกคนคือครอบครัวประกันสังคม

      On November 22, 2023, the Labour Minister, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, paid a visit to encourage insured persons with disabilities in Krabi Province following the “SSO Happiness Project.” The Permanent Secretary of Labour, Mr. Phairoj Chotikasatian, the Social Security Office’s Secretary-General, Mr. Boonsong Thapchaiyut, the Ministry of Labour’s executives, physical therapist, and officials joined the occasion.

      Mr. Phiphat said the “SSO Happiness Project” is considered one of the Social Security Office’s quality projects supporting insured persons with disabilities. Today, he had the opportunity to visit Krabi Province to meet with an insured person and provide advice on benefits from the Social Security Fund to care for and rehabilitate the body and mind. On this occasion, consumer items were given to insured persons with disabilities, including necessary appliances. One case that is under the care of the Krabi Provincial Social Security Office is Mr. Songphon Mankha, aged 49. He is an insured person under Section 33. He is disabled from infected wounds on both toes due to diabetes. Doctors treated him by amputating both legs. He has lost 54 percent of his physical ability to work. He has received compensation for disability from November 1, 2021, receiving compensation for lost income of 5,000 Baht per month for life.

      Mr. Phiphat said that the Ministry of Labour’s Social Security Office is ready to take care of all insured persons to have security guarantees and a good quality of life because every insured person is part of the social security family.
